Delivery of Kitchen Equipment on Saturday, May 26th

Both volunteers and Front Step Staff are here busy unloading some of the kitchen equipment soon to be installed at our Courtland Street building. The industrial kitchen will serve as a training center in the field of culinary arts. This will be one of many programs soon to be offered at this site. Kitchen equipment and utensils were donated by the  Church of the Nazarene and the delivery was made possible by Gary Newcomer.

An Update on our Building Project

Here we find workers busy with floor tiling in the Industrial Kitchen of our building on
1539 W Courtland Street, PA, 19140. On completion of this facility, we will be able to empower residents from the community with the necessary skills in the field of culinary arts under the leadership of Chef Bernard. Other courses such as Jobs-for-Life will prepare students to become job-ready in the food and beverage and hospitality industry.

Please feel free to stop by and visit our building.

Regards,

Wil Snell - Executive Director
